We endeavor to ship all orders as quickly as possible upon confirmation. We pick and pack orders within 1 business day. If for some reason we are out of stock of an item on your order, we will ship you the balance of the order and generally put that item on back-order/pre-order for you (provided we are likely to receive more stock of the item) or we will refund you for that item (if we are not likely to get it back in). You will be notified about these issues (if they arise) via email or telephone by one of our team members.
We offer a flat rate of $9.00 shipping to any Australian address for all orders. Shipping times within Australia will vary but most items arrive within a week. With COVID-19 impacts unfortunately delays can take place from a freight standpoint.
We periodically will run promotions for free postage which when active means you can spend over a certain amount on your order to receive free freight. This will be specified in each promotion.
Funporium takes all measures to ensure the safety and hasty delivery possible. We understand sometimes parcels are mishandled by couriers and take all steps to make sure no matter how mistreated they will stay intact!
Should your item arrive damaged or defective please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Lost items unfortunately happen too. We will launch investigations into each parcel that goes missing. Upon completion of the investigation pending on our courier companies findings we will either refund or replace a package. Should your item be returned to us after failed attempted delivery you will have the option to pay for freight once more for it to be shipped again.
Tracking is provided on all items and signatures (Pending time of restart after COVID-19) will be standard on all orders unless otherwise specified (This being authority to leave)
