A once in a lifetime pull, the holy grail of the Prismatic Evolutions Set, this card is well worthy of being graded (Possibly a 10?) However, due to difficulties with internationally grading cards with PSA, it is being offered with us. This card could well be worth double the asking price if it grades a 10.
